Privacy Policy

She Created ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI coaching platform for women. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: your email, first and last name, hashed password, timezone, and a relationship-status indicator you provide at signup.
• Coaching conversations: the messages you send to your AI coach, the coach's responses, any screenshots you upload, and per-message feedback you choose to leave.
• Assessment + goal data: your F.A.B.S.E.A. scores, weekly check-in responses, Creator's Canvas entries, goals, and progress signals.
• Usage metadata: login times, coaching-turn counts, and aggregate platform activity used to enforce fair-use limits and to improve coaching quality.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — not your card number.

How we use it

• Provide the coaching service you signed up for.
• Improve coaching quality via retrieval-augmented generation against your own history (scoped to your account only).
• Send transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts, streak + check-in reminders). You can control non-essential notifications in Settings.
• Enforce platform safety — including programmatic detection of crisis disclosures so we can surface the appropriate hotlines.

Who we share with

We never sell your data. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Anthropic (Claude): your coaching messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate AI responses. Anthropic does not train on this data when used via their commercial API.
• ElevenLabs: if you use voice mode, the text the AI generates is sent for voice synthesis.
• Stripe: billing and subscription management.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Google Cloud: infrastructure hosting.

Your rights

You can export your account data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period so accidental deletions are reversible. Email support@shecreated.co for data requests.

Crisis content

She Created is a coaching platform, not a mental-health clinical service. If you disclose a crisis (self-harm, suicidal ideation, abuse, domestic violence), our system surfaces hotline resources automatically. Please reach out to a licensed professional or call 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) for clinical support.
