Agreement

By creating an account on She Created, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up.

What we provide

She Created is an AI-powered coaching platform built on Brittany Fox's methodology (F.A.B.S.E.A., Creation Cycle, A.C.E., etc.). Your AI coach is an automated system, not a licensed therapist or medical provider. Coaching is not a substitute for clinical mental-health care, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial advice.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@shecreated.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription & billing

• Subscriptions are $299/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime from Settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
• Price changes apply to your next billing cycle and will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Don't use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
• We enforce per-user rate limits to keep the platform healthy for everyone. Repeated abuse may result in account suspension.
• If you disclose a crisis, our system surfaces hotline resources. For clinical support, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Content & intellectual property

You own the content you create (journal entries, goals, assessment responses, messages). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide coaching to you. We do not use your personal coaching content to train models shared across users.

Brittany Fox's coaching methodology, content, and voice are the intellectual property of Brittany Fox / She Created. Don't redistribute.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party can terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Your data is retained for 30 days post-termination then deleted unless otherwise requested.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
